N95口罩核心技術的發明人蔡秉燚來自台中清水農家，至今已擁有全世界12項專利，曾任多達170幾家公司顧問。

他有著瘋狂的求知慾，別人博士班修90個學分，他修500個，相當於可唸5個博士，也因此成就了日後N95口罩的誕生。
