哀願

2006年1月27日、東京地裁（富田善範裁判長）は、週刊文春の「楽天三木谷に「ライブドア潰し」を哀願した巨人軍桃井球団社長」（2004年10月7日号）について、「記事を裏付ける証拠はなく、裏付け取材が行われた形跡もない」として文藝春秋側に300万円の支払いを命じた。
